HIGHLIGHTS
- Presently managing and developing programs for an Arts Studio & Centre with ARTS-GLACERHI to create alternative learning spaces, and assisted workshop modules with ‘Arts for Social Change’ on themes like nature + waste management. Created spaces for engagement and future work with material and recycling with the local community.
- Worked for 4.5 years as an Assistant Professor in the Communication Design Department at the Indian Institute of Art & Design; Assistant Professor in the Interdisciplinary Department at the Institute of Design, JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur.
- Active collaborator with Dastaan LIVE as an art director and creator of 360 experiences. As a collective, we have now created and released two videos for the song Mat Ro Bachche, one showcasing the poetry of Faiz Ahmed Faiz with shadow puppetry and the other is a 360 music video experience that is a work in progress.
- Awarded an Archival and Museum Fellowship by IFA and CCK(AUD) in 2018-19 for the Delhi Visual Archive Virtual Exhibition and public programs. For this fellowship, I have created three videos to be viewed in 360.
- Awarded a fully funded fellowship in 2016-17 by The DO School for ‘The Connection Challenge’ working on social impact business. We worked with Messe Berlin, to create a fluid information architecture system for their business at trade fairs.
- Curation+Design for Vijay Kowshik – two exhibitions “Syntactics in Glass” and “Parsing- The Mind’s Eye”.
- Graphic and exhibition design for Arts-Glacerhi for exhibitions of Raj Dassani(2017), “Evolving Identities – The Bengal Masters (2018), K.G. Subramanyan (2017).
- Stage designer for the Tadpole Repertory, Delhi (from Taramandal 2009- till Quicksand 2017).
- Stage designer for the Third Space Collective (Love, Prufock 2017 and Mahish 2022).
- Won the ‘Best Stage Design’ for ‘Still & Still Moving’ at the Mahindra Excellence in Theatre Award,2015.
- Communications and Programmes Manager at The Rasaja Foundation 2014-2015.
- Designed ‘Jazz in India’ exhibition held at India International Centre, November 2014.
- Art director for the Tandanu New music video album for the Indian Ocean Band.
- Installation Artist, Spatial Designer and curator for Bacardi NH7 Music Festival in 2011-13.
- Worked at ZED (Eco.Bcil) as a Communication Designer & Outreach Coordinator.
- Worked on the pitch for the India Pavilion, World Expo, 2012 with Meroform Pvt. Ltd. and ABDesignHabit.
- Worked on six ad campaigns as a production designer in nine months, and worked on independent documentary films for four months all in and around Bombay, managing teams on various levels.
- Worked as the chief designer for the Fiat and Tata auto show 2008, and managed a team of 100 people.
- I graduated from the National Institute of Design in ‘Exhibition Design’ in 2009.
EDUCATION
- February – March 2023: Selected for “Reinventing Schools: Starter Program” by The Circle Project.
- November 2022: I have enrolled in the ODL program ‘Masters in Sustainability Science’ (IGNOU)
- July 2022 – November 2022: Ph.D. (Living Lab, IIITD) started but on hiatus due to unavoidable circumstances.
- 2021-2022: Communication Studies certificate course with Prof. M. Mukherjee.

COMPUTER SKILLS
● Proficiency in Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office, Sketchup Pro, Autocad, Balsamic Mockups, WordPress, Drupal CMS, etc. Worked with AI tools for text and image generation and manipulation over the pandemic (ability to learn new software as per projects).
